The Trusted Partners page is not a list of Tamoco current clients. It is based on the list of companies conforming to the IAB’s Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF), and that we do review from time to time.
The TCF’s objective is to help all parties in the digital advertising chain ensure that they comply with the EU’s GDPR and ePrivacy Directive when processing personal data.
At Tamoco we never knowingly obtain, store, or sell location data that is not compliant with GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and other applicable data protection laws. If we learn that we’ve acquired such data through external suppliers, we delete them in line with regulations. We expect all players in our industry to adhere to these same rules.
