Head of Product

We are looking for a passionate Head of Product to join the Tamoco team in London to
help drive the company product vision forward.
 
You will be responsible for the company’s product vision and implementation. As the
company grows this includes building and maintaining a complex integration ecosystem
and scalable data platform. You’ll also be responsible for growing the product team
including both product management, data science and technical roles.
 
A key part of this role is stakeholder communication and engagement. As the person
responsible for product and rollout it is essential that everyone internal and key external
stakeholders are included in product discussions and progress updates.
 
You have at least 5 years experience from one or more senior product roles in a growing
tech company. You have experience leading teams tasked with complex technical
challenges.
 
You will have demonstrated your ability to synthesise input from both non-technical as
well as technical stakeholders to define product priorities and align that with both
strategic goals and near term commercial priorities.
 
It is a plus if you have prior experience in geospatial data management and have an
understanding of lean product development. Also beneficial are exposure to mobile
application development and the major cloud environments (both Amazon and Google)
and associated tools

Finance and Operations Manager

You’ll be reporting directly to the company CEO and will be day to day responsible for all tasks related to finance- and operations, including:

 

  • Supporting the management team creating and updating financial documents like forecasts and cashflows for internal and external use.
  • Managing supplier payments and communication.
  • Managing customer invoicing and chasing for outstanding payments.
  • Process wages/expenses payments and journals
  • Creating and managing processes for employee vacation, office management etc.
  • Responsible of asset management – for example phone, computers etc.
  • To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • General office management

 

Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with both financial and operational tasks in a dynamic company and thrive in an environment of change.

 

Experience with software like Xero and ReceiptBank is a plus.
